Large compacted snow windrows approximately 1-2 meters high have accumulated along the sidewalk and street edge on King Street West, creating ice hazards and blocking pedestrian access. Pedestrians are forced into the street or away from the sidewalk due to the blockage. Immediate removal is needed to restore safe pedestrian passage.
